Please upload the below listed documents. If you do not have or cannot locate one of them please let me know in the message box on DropSecure.

• The Last 1-3 monthly statements from your custodian bank (ex: Charles Schwab, Pershing, JPMorgan)

• Your Investment Advisory Contract & Fee Agreement

• If applicable, the last 1-2 quarterly statements from your investment adviser (ex: Alpha Beta Capital Quarterly Statement)

• If you use an independent registered investment adviser, ensure you have uploaded at least 1 matching set of custodian bank and investment adviser statements. For example, if you uploaded the December 31 investment adviser statement please also upload the December 31 custodian bank statement.

• Any other documents you believe will be helpful
